An academic topper, Dr. Kannappan holds the prestigious distinction of being the University’s First Rank Holder in D.L.O., M.S. (ENT), and M.Ch (Plastic Surgery). He served with great dedication at Madurai Medical College and Government Rajaji Hospital, where he held various key positions, including Professor and Head of the ENT Department.

Dr. Arun Ganesh Kannappan M.B.B.S, MS ENT trained in Coblation Assisted Upper Airway Surgery (Norway) is a renowned surgeon in Madurai. He completed his Under Graduation at Prestigious Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute and his Post Graduation MS (Otorhinolaryngology) at the Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Research Institute (Joint Commission International Accredited). He underwent training at Eurosleep Clinic, Bergen, Norway under the Guidance of Dr. Magne Tvinnereim who is a Pioneer in Coblation Surgery. He has presented various papers in State & National Conferences. He also won the best PG Paper Award in 63rd AOI Conference. He has written various articles in National Journals under his belt.
